I am an IT manager with 15 years of professional experience in developing and managing IT solutions in an international environment and with remote teams. Most of my professional path was related to software development, IT service management and technical customer support, however for last years I have been focusing on building offering and business strategy execution.

In my daily work, I focus on clients’ needs and partnership relations. I value transparent communication in achieving goals and in actions. At Spyrosoft, I’m responsible for building and growing the Financial Services offering and delivery of financial solutions.

With over 20 years in financial markets, I specialise in the functional and technical architecture of trading and banking solutions spanning Front-Office, Back-Office, and Accounting.

I’ve delivered analytical, advisory, and implementation projects for Polish and international banks and financial institutions, and led RFP processes to help clients identify and select the right vendors for their target systems.

Much of my work has centred on Calypso, a leading cross-asset trading and risk management platform. I’ve led its implementation in several Polish banks, building one of the deepest hands-on specialisations in the platform in Europe.

At Spyrosoft, I co-lead the Financial Markets area and drive the growth of our global partnership with Nasdaq, helping clients turn complex capital markets challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Piotr Tadych

Capital Markets and Treasury Transformation has been my focus for over 20 years, working with banks and financial institutions to drive complex change from strategy through to delivery.

During nearly nine years at Accenture Poland, I led advisory and implementation engagements across Poland and Europe, covering TMS market analysis, RFI/RFP processes, target architecture design, and full-scale implementations of Calypso and Kondor+/K+TP, including cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure.

Before that, I spent over six years at Raiffeisen Polbank managing the IT project portfolio for the Risk, Finance, and Treasury domain. I started my career at Lufthansa Systems Poland, building expertise in regulatory reporting for banks in Poland, Ireland, and Luxembourg.

At Spyrosoft, I bring together deep domain expertise and hands-on delivery experience to help clients take on the financial transformation programmes that matter most.

For more than two decades, I have been involved in IT system implementation, integration and technology consulting for the banking and financial sector. Throughout my career, I have delivered projects for leading financial institutions across Poland and Europe, supporting complex transformation initiatives across both business and technology domains.

My experience combines engineering expertise with a consulting background, allowing me to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. I focus on delivering solutions that create measurable business value.
