I am an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in bespoke software delivery. I hold ITIL, Prince 2, and scrum master certificates, which complement my engineering degree and MBA.
In Spyrosoft, I am responsible for creating and operating service lines focused on using technology to bring additional value to existing projects or to deliver them in a more cost-efficient and agile fashion.
My focus is mainly on providing tangible benefits to our clients by leveraging new technology trends and building lasting technology partnerships with other companies. I value open communication and transparency of goals and actions in my daily work, while creating an empowering work environment.
Meet our experts
I graduated from Wroclaw Technical University’s Computer Science course with a specialisation in Teleinformatics. I completed the Cisco CCNA 1-4 course, and have experience working as an admin on commercial projects for international companies.
I created the infrastructure for the offshore offices in the Czech Republic and Germany, and I was responsible for the data centre migration to the new location. I also implemented the infrastructure and maintained the applications hosted on AWS and other Cloud solutions, and implemented automation using the orchestrator.
I’m currently involved in maintaining AWS-based environments, optimising their costs and reaching the Cloud’s full potential with the Infrastructure as Code process. I completed the „Linux Administrator” course, organised by ALX. I also have the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate certificate and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.

Establishing Centre of Competence with CloudCall
Spyrosoft and CloudCall collaborated to establish a Center of Competence in Poland, focusing on innovation. Spyrosoft experts were present in wide-spread company technologies such as SIP networking, Salesforce, .NET, React, NodeJS, and QA automation. They audited existing solutions, introduced technology upgrades, migration plans, automation, and maintenance for CloudCall.
Connecting any device to cloud
Our team provided technological support for a client operating in the DACH market, who produces IoT gateways for remote machine connectivity. Their devices can be applied to any type of equipment. Each gateway is geared with the GMS module connected to the web and can be used for receiving data from multiple locations around the world. We helped the client launch the product, which was the starting point for our collaboration.
Customer Service System for a Debt Management Company
The new system was designed as a response to a growing demand from the Company’s customers and the organisation itself for a consistent customer experience across various channels, including the internet, telephone, and SMS. The project involved a workshop to design the application’s information architecture and was implemented using AWS cloud solutions. The system has brought numerous benefits, including faster contact with customers and increased online payments.
Disrupting the sports industry with TrackMan
Our partner, TrackMan is producing ball-tracking radars that are currently the most precise products on the market. Their offer includes advanced technology for measuring, presenting, training as well as teaching baseball techniques. Together with TrackMan, we are developing software that allows for real-time ball tracking and for managing the collected data in the cloud environment.
Ecosystem development for TakTo
TakTo sought to improve customer communication and database management while ensuring a smooth transition without disrupting customer service. Spyrosoft implemented a chatbot, customer dashboard, and migrated data to AWS cloud. The chatbot enhanced customer service and boosted loan applications by 3000 per month. Spyrosoft handled design, development, and maintenance, and the data migration was seamless. Technologies used included AWS, TeamCity, Terraform, with ongoing maintenance and monitoring by Spyrosoft’s team.
