Duncan has more than 25 years experience at the forefront of technology leadership, most recently as the Chief Information Officer with the £700m turnover multi-brand ICS Group.

Now he has teamed up for the second time with Spyrosoft CEO Andrew Radcliffe – the two of them started their careers at GPT Telecoms in Poole in the mid-1990s as a system administrator and software developer.

“Having already agreed my exit from ICS Group, a chance meeting with Andrew Radcliffe 25 years after we last worked together led to the exciting opportunity for me to join Spyrosoft,” said Duncan.

“It is a fantastic opportunity to be right at the start of the company’s expansion and growth into the UK based on its strong foundations in Poland, across Europe and the US.”

Duncan’s previous experience in technology and digital covers multiple organisations and sectors. He was technology and digital consultant at Turnbull and Asser in retail, a technology programme and project manager for Portigon in Financial Services and held senior technology and infrastructure roles at WestLB & Credit Suisse in investment banking.

Duncan, who lives in Ringwood in Hampshire, will be based at the Spyrosoft UK headquarters in Ferndown, Dorset.

Andrew Radcliffe co-founded the company, which is headquartered in Wroclaw in Poland, in 2016 after leaving his job as Head of Development at Ordnance Survey in Southampton.

In 2016 Spyrosoft had 15 employees working from one location in Poland. Today there are 500 employees based in offices across Poland, the UK, Croatia, Germany and the United States. In 2019 Spyrosoft’s revenue grew by 124 percent to €16.6m and earlier this year it was floated on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
