Spyrosoft and Qt launch partnership to create greater technology solutions
On the 1st of July 2022, Spyrosoft, one of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe, launched a partnership with the Qt Company, the leading global provider of software technology. The collaboration is part of the Qt Service Partner programme, which aims to create an ecosystem that facilitates the development of new Qt solutions, brings additional values to the users’ community, and promotes the overall initiative.

Participating in the programme and establishing a partnership provides Spyrosoft with the opportunity to position itself as a Qt partner with a high level of qualifications and skills. It enables the company to address the needs better and more efficiently respond to requests from customers seeking support in developing solutions based on Qt technology. The cooperation between the companies consists of stimulating and supporting each other’s Qt activities and efforts to enhance technology development. The partnership involves sharing business opportunities and workload related to customer enquiries, with the aim of achieving and increasing mutual commercial benefits, better utilisation of technology and offering improved services to the Qt user community.
The partner programme also includes increased opportunities for Spyrosoft experts to participate in Qt-related events and the option to showcase demos created by the company at industry events and relevant public and business meetings. Additionally, the collaboration between the companies involves working together on cross-promotion matters, sharing marketing materials and publication platforms that feature case studies of projects and solutions developed by Spyrosoft through the joint partnership.
Results of the partnership
The collaboration between the companies has already resulted in a fast prototype of an example solution, officially included in the latest release of Qt Design Studio. Spyrosoft has created a project that shows how designs can be made quickly and easily in Qt Design Studio so that developers can use it directly. The Robot Arm example demonstrates how 2D elements can control 3D elements, such as the robot arm, and also illustrates how to integrate and use the backend without writing code. This solution demonstrates how the strategic partnership between Spyrosoft and Qt empowers users of the technology to create their solutions more efficiently, based on products developed in collaboration between the two companies.
