Project description

Our Operations Excellence team, responsible for creating, enhancing and supporting processes within our company, project and sales support, wishes to invite to cooperation specialists. We are looking for a person with analytical skills, who feels comfortable in interacting with colleagues, as well as in working with data, especially using MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, ad-hoc preparation of templates and support in RFI and RFQ or tenders overseeing.

Main responsibilities

  • Reporting – collecting data, creating reports (including projects’ financial reports), publishing and analyzing reports’ results
  • RFI and RFQ data collection and sourcing towards potential clients, in close cooperation with financial, legal, IT, HR and product teams
  • Supporting projects’ implementation (within company’s project portfolio)
  • Organizing meetings, creating meetings’ protocols, supervising communication with stakeholders
  • Communicating with various teams and involved parties
  • Performing audits to assure compliance with shared company’s standards, processes and tools
  • Co-creating internal project knowledge base
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Account plans preparation
  • Data presentation and analysis towards business owners
  • Templates management and updates
  • Compliance with legal department
  • Close cooperation with the Operations team, to ensure alignment with existing procedures
  • Process and manual creation

Main requirements

  • Ability to work with MS Office tools, especially Excel (very good knowledge of the tool)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in collecting and consolidating data for the purpose of reporting
  • Ability to organize one’s work, meticulousness, accuracy
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (B2/C1)
  • General knowledge of project management standards and methodologies, willingness to develop in this area
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail. Able to spot and rectify errors
  • Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Resourcefulness
  • Out of the box thinking
  • Nice to have: previous experiences on a similar position and/or Power BI
