Project description

Spyrosoft is seeking a candidate for the position of PMO Specialist. If you are an ambitious, creative individual with strong organizational skills, this job is for you!

Main responsibilities

• Supporting and managing project processes.
• Monitoring project progress and identifing and resolving issues.
• Assisting in project financial calculations and preparing financial reports.
• Collaborating on preparing RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation).
• Monitoring project documentation, including formal and legal documents (contracts, orders), ensuring compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Co-creating processes in the Operations execution area, ensuring efficiency and compliance with best practices.
• Conducting audits to ensure that common standards, processes, and tools are adopted in projects.
• Co-creating a knowledge centre for projects undertaken within the organization.
• Supporting standardization and processes that support project operations within the organization and company.
• Working with Excel spreadsheets and tools such as PowerBI, Jira, Miro, Visio, Project.
• Performing administrative tasks.

Main requirements

• Higher education (preferably in project management or computer science-related fields).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets and tools such as PowerBI, Jira, Miro, Visio and Project.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in PMO within the IT industry would be an additional advantage.
• Experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing processes will be an additional advantage.
