Senior Python Engineer (IAM)

We offer a hybrid work model in Warsaw’s vibrant Wola district. English fluency and eligibility to work in Poland are essential, as is the successful completion of a background check to meet the rigorous standards of the financial domain.

Requirements

Required Skills: 

• Experience: 5+ years in software engineering.
• General knowledge of Python, and experience with REST and asynchronous APIs.
• AWS DevOps experience OR Microsoft Entra/Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with TDD, unit tests, and integration tests.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Docker.
• Experience with configuring observability and monitoring tooling.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills:

• IAM & Security: Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Security.
• Access Control: Familiarity with RBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC frameworks.
• Identity Systems: Experience with SSO and federated identity systems, focusing on security and UX.
• Infrastructure: Expertise in building Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• AI Experience: Experience with AI and LLMs.
• LDAP: Familiarity with LDAP directory services.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop APIs and services for identity and access lifecycle management.
• Create customer-centric identity and access products.
• Develop Terraform providers for configuring identity and access systems.
• Build programmatic workflows for process control.
• Build and maintain infrastructure with a focus on high-quality test automation.
• Design AI solutions for insights, risk analysis, and customer decision-making.
• Contribute to a holistic identity and access security product.
• Engage in identity, access governance, privileged access governance, and cybersecurity.
• Work within a DevOps team on the Klarna Engineering Platform.
