  • Good knowledge of Jira and Atlassian products
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones

Job description

Spyrosoft Solutions SA is looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in the Defence and/or Aerospace domains. The main areas of focus starts from project initiation (including sales activities) to project delivery and closing. Other responsibilities include close cooperation with a client to achieve business and technical goals, account management, and relationship building with Spyrosoft and client teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that identified business outcomes are met through the successful leadership and execution of project engagements
• Ability to implement high-quality technical solutions based on industry best practices and technical requirements
• Perform superior consultation, implementation, documentation, and knowledge transfer for all billable engagements
• Perform work and assigned tasks in accordance with established budget and timelines
• Demonstrate superior aptitude with technologies related to specific practice area
• Document best practices in developing and deploying solutions; develop repeatable standards based on best practices
• Manage competing requests across simultaneous engagements
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Support senior technical staff as required
• Provide daily status reports to project and account teams
• Provide day-to-day technical direction and mentoring to team members

Must Have Requirements

• At least one of the following
– Practical knowledge on AS9100 or AQAP standards
– Project delivery for NATO institutions
– Domain knowledge on Defence or Aerospace domain
• Openness to go through Personal Security Clearance in Poland (Poświadczenie Bezpieczeństwa Osobowe) or preferably someone that had one already in the past
• Relevant experience in a software development environment

Nice to Have Requirements

• German C1
• Experience in working at Software House
• Experience with Public tenders
• Technical knowledge on embedded and enterprise systems
• Business development and selling skills
