REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as PM in IT
  • Domain knowledge of Automotive industry
  • Relevant experience in software development environment
  • Deep understanding of SDLC
  • Understanding of modern agile and iterative methodologies
  • Willingness to work across various time zones
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones
  • Self-reliant, proactive, responsible, sense of ownership
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Based in Szczecin, Poland

Nice To Have

  • Experience in HMI or QT technologies
  • Experience in working at Software House
  • Technical knowledge on embedded and enterprise systems
  • Business development and selling skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and  define development plans with the customer
  • Support the preparation and review of offers
  • Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery
  • Create & update the Account Plans for the customer
  • Manage multiple teams
