Senior Data Engineer

Job description

We are currently looking for Senior Data Engineer, who will use big data technologies within Azure Cloud to develop, support, and maintain automated processes that  transform large-scale geospatial data models.

The Senior Data Engineer will also provide leadership and expertise in developing new techniques, tools, and pipelines to transform and prepare data into forms suitable for analysis, insights, and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of data structures and experience querying databases
  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud data services
  • 3+ years of experience in Azure DevOps
  • 3+ years of experience in Databricks
  • 1-2 years of experience in Scala or Python
  • Maven knowledge
  • Good knowledge of testing approaches and best practice
