Job description

  • Conducting in-depth research to identify potential leads, market trends, and target accounts
  • Supporting the Client Engagement team by gathering and verifying data on companies and key decision-makers
  • Assisting in the optimization of lead lists by ensuring data accuracy and relevance
  • Utilizing automation tools and databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRMs) to streamline research processes
  • Collaborating with the team to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach efficiency
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business development efforts

Position requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data collection and validation
  • Ability to work efficiently with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1)
