Program Manager (RO)

Job description

We are looking for a Program Manager in the Automotive area, who will be responsible for a group of projects related to autonomous vehicles and support the Project Managers’ team in their daily activities.

  • Monitoring and responding to new project inquiries;
  • Maintaining and adjusting the program management structure in line with the current business needs;
  • Project management, monitoring work in projects;
  • Statuses with PMs;
  • Helping in solving problems;
  • Analysis and evaluation of materials from the client and project teams;
  • Assessment of the business situation of individual projects;
  • Business analysis, building the project scope;
  • Risk analysis and assessment for projects and programs, implementation of preventive, mitigating and other measures;
  • Building and managing a relationship with the client, developing a business with the client;
  • Supporting the line organization in maintaining satisfaction among employees.

Job requirements

  • 5 years of project management experience;
  • 2 years of program management experience;
  • knowledge of A-SPICE and agile programming methodologies;
  • experience in customer relationship management.

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of PMI or IPMA;
  • Technical knowledge in the field of software development;
  • Project and product life cycle;
  • Experience in working at Software House;
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, A-SPICE, SAFe methodology;
  • Experience in the area of Project Recovery.
