Requirements

Required Skills: 

  • Experience: 3+ years in financial services or banking, with a solid understanding of risk management frameworks.
  • Skilled in Python and SQL, with operational automation experience.
  • AI Integration: Expertise in LLM Prompt Engineering and OpenAI technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to function effectively in cross-departmental teams.
  • Fluent in English with effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with internal systems and data platforms.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance standards in risk management.
  • Experience in conducting independent reviews of business processes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop automated solutions to analyze data from internal and external sources.
  • Automate control testing across operational risk areas.
  • Maintain and improve Klarna’s Governance Risk and Compliance system.
  • Perform independent control testing to ensure compliance with risk appetite.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data for risk monitoring and insights.
  • Prepare risk reports in line with EU, US, and UK requirements.
