Job Description

We are expanding globally to serve the needs of our large international clients, predominantly in banking, healthcare, insurance, and more. To make this happen, we need someone passionate, ambitious, curious, and competitive looking to help our business and play a fundamental role in building the leading open-source API platform.
As a Technical Lead, you will help to build and maintain the infrastructure platform. You will also work closely with the customer’s Development, Architecture, and InfoSec teams to ensure reliable and secure service that delights our customers.

The DevOps team will also participate in our incident management process to ensure high availability and quick recovery of our platform for our customers.



Your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following:

  • Design, Implement, and maintain CI/CD processes
  • Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code management
  • Manage multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Python or Bash
  • Ensure the security of all Cloud resources and implement best practices for data protection
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the smooth delivery of new features and enhancements
  • Stay current with the latest AWS and DevOps technologies.
  • Leading the team, being a mentor for less experienced team member
  • Be a part of the 24/7 on-call team.



  • At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps Tech Lead role
  • Experience automating development pipelines using tools such as GitHub
  • Experience with cloud-hosted infrastructure
  • Experience with multi-cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes / AKS)
  • Experience in architecting and implementing CI/CD processes
  • Experience in Git
  • Experience in handling and maintaining SaaS platform
  • Strong experience in automating infrastructure and processes using Terraform
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Good understanding of IP networks and security best practices
  • Good knowledge of monitoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in the administration of Linux operating systems
  • Fluency in English.
