Job description

  • Provide friendly and helpful support for users
  • Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Assist in defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
  • Manage and track IT assets
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT systems
  • Management of Network and Server Infrastructure
  • Monitor performance of IT systems to ensure performance and improving the IT infrastructure
  • Developing and maintaining the IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
  • License management and procurement

Project description

Do you feel at ease with communicating with others? Is IT administration your thing? Would you like to join our Wrocław team that builds a number of solutions for a German automotive manufacturer? The person in this position will be responsible for supporting other colleagues in their daily tasks, as well as for maintaining network and server infrastructure. In addition, he/she will support DevOps engineers in their tasks.

Our requirements

  • Very good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP topics
  • Experience in working with Windows systems (Active Directory, Exchange, WDS)
  • Basic knowledge of network aspects (Level2/3, IPsec, WLAN)
  • Experience working with network equipment (for example Cisco)
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 standard
  • Very good English skills
  • Willingness to work mostly from the office

Additional advantages
