Project description

Our customer is the global market leader in the development, production, and sales of field devices for the energy-efficient control of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.

We are seeking a Lead Flutter Engineer to lead a new, smaller and dynamic local team that we are looking to create. If you’re passionate about Flutter and ready to take on a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you!

Please note that this position involves:

  • occasional on-call duty to resolve potential customer-critical incidents
  • hybrid work model due to the collaborative nature of the position
Required skills:
    • Flutter & Dart : Expertise in developing mobile applications using Flutter Framework
    • Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE): Extensive experience in implementing BLE communication in Flutter apps to communicate with external devices ensuring optimal battery usage and fast data transfer
    • NFC (Near Field Communication): Experience in reading and writing NFC tags, integrating NFC functionality into Flutter apps
    • Navigation & UI: Expertise in implementing custom navigation structures, deep linking, and creating visually stunning UI layouts that work smoothly across devices
    • Custom Designs: Experience in implementing modern, fluid UIs using Flutter’s rich widget library and Material Design principles
    • Safety & Security: Familiarity with robust security practices like secure storage, encryption, and biometrics for user authentication
    • External Devices Integration: Proficiency in creating solutions that interact with external devices, sensors, and other hardware peripherals via Flutter plugins and native code
Nice to have:
    • Android & iOS Development (Kotlin & Swift): Familiarity with both Android and iOS development with a strong knowledge of Kotlin and Swift
