About the role:
The team provides complete support on internal Jira and Confluence tools in terms of availability and business effectiveness and establish and maintain contact with end user community to further popularize usage and maximize benefits from tool usage.
Main responsibilities
- The Associate Evangelist is responsible to maintain and facilitate a deeper level of engagement with the customer by supporting them with Confluence and Jira tools.
- Main responsibility is to engage with Client to influence the adoption of platforms and tools, by educating, enabling and exciting them to use those products.
- Providing remote support to internal teams with Confluence and Jira tools.
- Generate new ideas on how to spread the platform and tools adoption amongst potential users.
- Champion platform and tools by presenting at conferences, writing tutorials, and publishing content (blog posts, tutorials, videos, etc.)
- Gather new insights about the platform and tools from the community, and feed them back to users of the platform.
- Works within a team supporting end users with queries related to the tools.
- Provides internal tool set training, presentations and takes ownership around queries on request.
- Takes ownership for listening to and understanding the internal customer ‘s problem.
- Uses relevant information to diagnose and to resolve or enable resolution in a timely manner.
- Acts as an effective and helpful member of the team, demonstrating initiative.
- Preparing best practices handbooks.
- Extend licenses, adapt add-ons to user needs.
- Researching global trends and implement best solutions to internal environment.
Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent
- 5-7 Years experience in Application Support or Management
- ITIL Introduction & Basics
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools
