Although it has been operating on the IT market for less than three years, it already employs several hundred people and constantly recruits new employees. For example, in Wrocław it is the recently opened, modern office building at Nowy Targ – very close to the Market Square, in a well-connected place, easily and quickly reachable by public transport.

Due to such fast and dynamic development, the company decided to change the visual identification system. The new logo and refreshed website are designed to emphasize the company’s energy, its expertise in technological and business areas, and the professionalism of its employees.

The font used in the logotype refers to the strength of Spyrosoft – the focus on people. Emphasizing the middle letter in the name is to indicate the important position of a person in the company’s activities. Colors also carry information – orange represents the Group’s dynamism, and purple – focus on negotiation and trust.

The new website attracts attention with photos of the company’s employees and a variety of job offers. The most interesting solution is the way of presentation of services offered. We not only get to know the scope of delivered solutions, but also find out who creates them and who is responsible for particular departments.

Relations with employees are one of the priorities at Spyrosoft. We are very involved in making sure everyone in the team feels good. That is why we created a unique Employee Experience Partner position, abandoned rigid procedures and introduced a flat organizational structure.
