  • Proficiency in project scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Experience in penetrating new market domains and expanding business footprints.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (at least B2+)
  • Fluency in Polish (at least B2+)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and New Business Development Manager to join our eCommerce team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in selling ecommerce implementations and fostering new business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of project scoping and estimation, familiarity with the software development lifecycle, and the ability to penetrate new market domains.
Drive sales of ecommerce implementation services by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target industries.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
Lead the development of customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to each client’s needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure successful project scoping and estimation.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling enterprise software.
Familiarity with popular ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Shopware, etc., or custom developed platforms.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
