Process Quality Engineer (A-SPICE)
Requirements
- Proven background of 3+ years in quality engineering within the automotive industry.
- Hands-on experience with Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE) process framework; A-SPICE Provisional Assessor certification is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and related quality assurance practices.
- Ability to assess processes critically and provide actionable insights for improvement (both internally and on project level)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- A proactive, can-do approach with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a motivated Process Quality Engineer with expertise in Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE) and prior exposure to software development industry to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Support Process Deployment and Monitoring: Assist in implementing and overseeing processes at both the organizational (Quality Management System) and project levels.
- Ensure Compliance: Provide independent assurance that processes and work products comply with predefined standards, provisions, and plans.
- Act as a Quality Gatekeeper: Ensure that project deliveries to customers meet all quality requirements.
- Process Auditing and Tracking: Check process compliance, track action items, and drive their resolution.
- Collaborate on Process Improvements: Provide feedback and recommendations for process enhancements to the Head of Quality.
- Consult and Mentor Teams: Offer consultancy and coaching on processes and procedures to project engineering teams, both internal and customer-facing.
- Develop and Maintain Quality Plans: Create, implement, and oversee quality plans tailored to each project.
- Conduct Audits and Assessments: Perform internal audits and process assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives to optimize processes and achieve higher efficiency and compliance.
