Requirements

  • German C2
  • English C1
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Jira, eWizard, SFMC
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Job description

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test cases, collaborating with integrated teams, and conducting functional, and user acceptance testing.
  • Validating content against standards, metadata standards and classification.
  • Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure that content and design complement each other
  • Ensuring that customers receive the highest quality deliverables
  • Managing multiple creative projects

Ideally, you’ll also have:
– Knowledge in Adobe Workfront, Content Central AEM and Veeva CRM

As a Content QA Consultant with German, you will be able to work directly with the Clients and the content creation team to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance for content being produced. You will assure content quality before publication, meticulously reviewing for accuracy, consistency, functionality and completeness.
