We have completed a project for LPP Group as part of the launch of the Sinsay marketplace. Our task was to create an integration layer connecting the marketplace platform with LPP’s key business processes.

This enabled Sinsay to expand its existing online sales model to include external sellers and open the platform to new brands and product categories.

“Our task was to create a technology solution that would enable Sinsay to expand its existing online sales model to include external sellers and open the platform to new brands and product categories. Spyrosoft Group designed and delivered an integration layer connecting the marketplace with LPP Group’s key business processes, including its product offering, orders, payments, returns, settlements, and seller support,” says Cezary Kożon, CEO of Spyrosoft eCommerce.

From workshops to production launch

We completed the project in less than six months. During this time, we were responsible for the entire process of designing and building the integration layer: from workshops aimed at developing a thorough understanding of the company’s business processes, through solution architecture, to production deployment and post-launch support. For the project, we used the Mirakl technology platform, a Spyrosoft partner and one of the world’s leading marketplace solutions.

The new solution combines a marketplace model, encompassing both Sinsay’s product range and selected external sellers’ offerings, with the brand’s extensive network of physical stores.

“Launching the marketplace required both the right technical preparation and the seamless integration of the new solution with our existing ecommerce processes. We wanted the platform to be ready to handle a growing number of sellers, products, and orders while providing customers with a consistent shopping experience. Working with Spyrosoft enabled us to deliver the project within the planned timeframe and build a solid foundation for the continued scaling of Sinsay Marketplace”, says Mikołaj Wezdecki, Vice-President of the Management Board at LPP.

The Sinsay marketplace has been operating since the beginning of September 2026

Following the testing phase, the Sinsay marketplace was launched for sellers and customers at the beginning of September. We designed the solution architecture to support further growth in both the number of sellers and order volumes, in line with LPP’s planned pace of platform development.

The LPP project also marks another step in the development of our marketplace expertise. In recent years, we have delivered an increasing number of projects of this kind, and we plan to continue growing our ecommerce business.

“The project we completed for LPP Group was certainly a very valuable experience for us, both in terms of efficient delivery and its comprehensive scope. Over the past 2–3 years, we have gained increasing experience in marketplace projects. And we’re not done yet. We see excellent prospects for developing our services for the ecommerce sector, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe,” adds Cezary Kożon.
