Spyrosoft and Schwarz Digits bring sovereign cloud to European enterprises

We signed a partnership agreement with Schwarz Digits, the IT and digital division of Schwarz Group. Together, we’ll help organisations across Europe adopt STACKIT – a sovereign European cloud platform – and build secure, enterprise-grade services on top of it.

The case for sovereign cloud

More and more organisations want to know exactly where their data lives, who can reach it, and under whose laws it sits. Regulation is tightening, and for banks, hospitals, manufacturers, and the public sector, “good enough” cloud no longer clears the bar. Sovereign cloud has moved from a nice-to-have to a board-level priority.

That’s the shift this partnership is built for. Strong technology partnerships are how organisations turn a sovereignty requirement into a working platform – without slowing their digital transformation to do it.

About Schwarz Digits and STACKIT

Schwarz Digits is the technology engine behind the Schwarz Group, one of Europe’s largest companies, whose divisions include Lidl, Kaufland, PreZero, and Schwarz Produktion. Scope of the collaboration

Our collaboration is focused on four areas:

• Enterprise digital solutions – We pair STACKIT with Spyrosoft’s strengths in AI, software engineering, industrial digitalisation, embedded systems, and cloud-native technologies.
• Technology ecosystem and Spyrosoft IP – We bring our proprietary products and accelerators to the platform, so clients get solutions faster and more value from every deployment.
• Technology community – We’ll collaborate on joint initiatives and knowledge sharing that promote innovation and digital sovereignty across Europe.
