We are proud to announce our collaboration with Cersanit, one of the largest manufacturers of bathroom ceramics in Europe. Together, we are working on an ambitious project aimed at reducing waste and defects in the production process by applying data analysis and artificial intelligence. 

Harnessing data for quality and efficiency 

Our solution integrates and analyses information from multiple sources – including MES, SCADA, laboratories and quality control systems. This combined dataset forms the basis for applying interpretable AI/ML models designed to detect anomalies and identify risk factors. 

On top of this, the system offers optimisation recommendations that guide engineers towards proactive decisions. Instead of responding after an issue occurs, teams can address potential problems earlier, preventing defects before they happen.
