Filip Kulic

Filip has over 6 years of experience as a software engineer in the automotive industry, working in areas such as DevOps, simulation and AUTOSAR. His main programming languages are C++ and Python. Curiosity and the drive to learn are what motivate him most, and he is always looking for new challenges to grow. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing and spending time with his two children.

Arkadiusz Makosa

With over 11 years of experience in .NET development, he began his career working with SharePoint before shifting his focus to crafting well-designed, efficient and maintainable code. His expertise lies in building high quality software solutions that balance performance with clarity. 

Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of two. In his spare time, he enjoys building custom PCs, exploring server technologies, and programming microcontrollers. He is also a passionate motorcyclist and enjoys exploring new routes. 

Antonija Bilic Arar

Antonija has experience across journalism, marketing, and tech communications. She started her career as a journalist and editor in leading Croatian media outlets before moving into marketing and growth consulting for global and domestic startups and technology companies. Currently, she combines both areas of expertise as a journalist at Netokracija and the executive editor of ShiftMag, Infobip’s global portal focused on software engineering, which reaches over 30,000 developers per month. 

Mateusz Cwiek

An AI consultant and data scientist with over five years’ experience leading AI-driven projects, particularly in the areas of computer vision, generative AI and deep learning. He has successfully led cross-functional teams on projects ranging from biometric systems to investment platforms, ensuring both technical excellence and strategic alignment with business objectives. 

Tomislav Vazdar

Tomislav Vazdar is a distinguished cybersecurity and artificial intelligence expert with extensive international experience in developing security strategies, risk management, and implementing AI technologies into business processes.

He is the founder and CEO of Riskoria Advising & Professional Services LLC and serves as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at PurpleSec, a US-based cybersecurity firm specializing in enterprise security solutions for SMBs and startups. In this role, he leads AI security initiatives and strategic partnerships on a global scale.

Vazdar is the Program Director for the Enterprise Cybersecurity (MSc) at OPIT – Open Institute of Technology and a lecturer in the global AI accelerator AI for Changemakers. Through his educational initiatives, he is committed to promoting ethical and responsible AI adoption.

He is also a Program Board Member for eFraud Europe at RSA Conferences, collaborating with top global experts to shape conference content on cybercrime and emerging digital threats.

On a national level, Vazdar is a board member of Croatian Artificial Intelligence Association – CroAI, where he actively contributes to the advancement and promotion of artificial intelligence, strengthening collaboration between academia, industry, and the public sector.
