ESG software for real estate and construction
Most building energy data is estimated or simply unknown. We build custom tools to close that gap – for banks, property managers, municipalities, and infrastructure investors.
36%
of EU CO₂ emissions come from buildings
75%
of European building stock is energy inefficient
22%
that’s all the actual energy data banks have on their real estate portfolios
arrow_circle_right THE PROBLEM
You can’t manage what you can’t measure
The data gap is a financial risk. Yet audits still run on paper and desktop software, portfolio data lives in spreadsheets, and reporting frameworks (GRESB, SFDR, Pillar 3, CSRD, EU Taxonomy) each demand different data in different formats. A single GRESB submission can take up to 2,000 hours.
We help close that gap – by building the infrastructure that makes it possible.

ESG portfolio scoring, data pipelines, registry integrations.
arrow_circle_right THE REGULATORY CONTEXT
The deadlines are closer than most teams realise
The compliance cycle is already running:
- The EBA ESG Guidelines cover approximately 2,000 additional banks from January 2026
- The EPBD requires Building Renovation Passports by May 2026
- The Energy Efficiency Directive mandates the annual renovation of 3% of all public buildings and is already in force
- Beyond Europe, environmental compliance requirements are accelerating across Asia-Pacific and MENA markets
Organisations that build the right data infrastructure now will meet these deadlines with confidence. Those that don’t will be assembling it under pressure.
arrow_circle_right OUR WORK
Case study: integrated IoT solution for green energy management
Corab, a European leader in photovoltaic systems and renewable energy solutions, needed a reliable way to manage and monitor green energy infrastructure – including solar inverters, energy storage, and heat pumps – across installations in 14 countries.
We designed and delivered a cloud-based IoT platform on AWS, integrating real-time device monitoring, secure data processing, and a user-friendly web application for remote management. The result is a robust, scalable infrastructure that grows with Corab’s operations without compromising reliability or security.
arrow_circle_right WHO WE WORK WITH
ESG software across industries
New regulation is landing fast – EBA ESG Guidelines from January 2026, EPBD renovation passports by May 2026, mandatory public building upgrades already in force.
Here’s how we help different sectors get ahead of it.
Banks & investment funds
Automating EPC data collection, unlocking Green Asset Ratio, meeting Pillar 3 and EU Taxonomy requirements.
REITs & property managers
Replacing the annual GRESB sprint with year-round data readiness and per-asset CRREM analysis.
Home improvement retail
Multi-country diagnostic and subsidy platform, EPBD-ready before the transposition deadline.
Municipalities & public institutions
Digitising your building stock, running faster audits, building the baseline for EU funding applications.
Infrastructure & development finance
One platform replacing Excel, PDFs, and emails across all projects and geographies.

Common questions answered
Standard reporting packages work with processed data. Our platforms operate upstream of that – automating collection, validation, and structured logging of raw building data so that whichever reporting suite you use displays figures that hold up to external audit.
The discovery and data architecture scoping phase takes four to six weeks. The first production modules, such as field apps or data intake endpoints, can be deployed within three to four months, followed by continuous functional expansion after that.
We build isolation layers and staging environments that cross-verify legacy data against regulatory validation logic before anything is committed to production. Data integrity is maintained and auditable throughout the transition.
Full code ownership transfers to your team on handover. Ongoing costs are limited to standard cloud infrastructure and any support arrangements you choose. There are no per-seat licence fees and no platform lock-in.
