  • Deep understanding of the SDLC with proven experience in Enterprise Software Development
  • Knowledge of modern agile and iterative methodologies
  • Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate others and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable presenting to and facilitating discussions with senior leaders
  • Willingness to work across various time zones including the US
  • Willingness to travel to one of our offices for team events upon request
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English (C1)
  • Fluency in Polish (C1)
  • Nice to have: fluency in German

Unravel was established to meet the need for a creative force within the Spyrosoft Group. We have built a team of business and product designers as well as creative technologists passionate about creating products and services that people love.

Together, Unravel & Spyrosoft can design and engineer any product. We complement each other. Whilst Unravel is focused on the early phases of business and product design, Spyrosoft specialises in building products and supporting their launch.

Unravel is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for professionals to lead exciting projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to our dynamic, growing company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively supervise, staff and account for projects.
  • Build networking & communication with the customer – establish new contacts.
  • Analyze and understand customer plans and define development plans with the customer.
  • Support the preparation and review of offers.
  • Work with internal and external (customer) stakeholders for project delivery.
  • Manage teams of 5-15 people.

Technical Skills Required

  • Extensive IT Experience: Over five years of experience as an IT Project Manager, including a comprehensive understanding of both technical and business aspects of project management.
  • Advanced Account Management Skills: Proven ability to independently anticipate and understand clients’ strategic goals and next steps. Adept at supporting clients in managing and planning their roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Proactive Sales and Opportunity Generation: Demonstrates a proactive and professional approach to generating new sales leads and uncovering growth opportunities, driving business development and revenue expansion.
  • Deep Software Development Life Cycle Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, with proven experience enabling the management of complex projects and the delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Problem Identification and Solution Delivery: Highly skilled at identifying potential issues before they arise, providing effective IT solutions, and overseeing their successful implementation from inception to completion.
  • Contract Management and Legal Acumen: Competent in creating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with a solid understanding of legal risks, ensuring all agreements align with company and client expectations.
  • Agile and Iterative Methodologies: Proficient in delivering projects using modern agile and iterative methodologies.
  • Fluent English Communication: Fluency in English at a C1 level, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
