Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner who will help our UK customer working in HVAC domain to deal with software development challenges. Project is implemented by two teams from Spyrosoft (Unravel’s mother company). One team works on the Platform feature and second team is focused on IoT devices onboarding.
The BA role we are looking for will support team responsible for the devices onboarding.
Main responsibilities:
• Identify, elicit and document detailed and complex business requirements
• Create and manage backlog items (features and more technical PBIs)
• Map business processes and customer journeys using recognized modeling standards and tools
• Research and analyze opportunities for improvement
• Close collaboration with development team
• Communicate business requirements clearly to business users, IT professionals, and
external partners
• Identify stakeholders and analyze their needs and expectations and translating them into relevant Product Backlog items
Position requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Owner
• Extravert personality
• Ability to maintain high visibility in work environment
• Experience in IoT projects
• Experience in eliciting, splitting, documenting, and refining business requirements
• Experience in business process modeling and business process implementation, preferably utilizing modern notations such as BPMN
• Experience in system integration domain, ability to discuss concepts related to API contracts
• Great communication skills in working with clients and teams
• Solid portfolio of commercial agile projects, web, and mobile, implemented in an international environment
• Experience in working in large projects
• Fluency in English (B2/C1)
