Staff Augmentation Partner (Szczecin or Wrocław)

Hi! This time we’re looking for someone to join our Staff Augmentation Team (SAM).
In this role, you’ll have a daily contact with various clients. You’ll help clients with finding perfect candidates and help candidates to join interesting projects where they’ll expand their knowledge and experience.
You can work from home or office.

Main Responsibilities:

🖊Building and maintaining relationships with both current and potential clients in the area of software development services.
🖊Managing Staff Augmentation projects, including coordinating candidate searches for client requests, supporting employees involved in projects, and overseeing ongoing project operations.
🖊Assisting in finding suitable projects for available IT specialists within the company.
🖊Gathering and managing client information using CRM tools.
🖊Conducting financial negotiations and drafting contract terms.

Position Requirements:
💡Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
💡Previous experience in the IT industry.
💡Strong command of the English language.
💡Familiarity with tools such as Jira.
💡Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven experience in client management.
💡Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
