To accelerate our sales procceses, we are currently seeking a results-oriented New Business Developer to engage with potential customers and drive new business for Spyrosoft BSG. In this role, you will guide prospects through the sales process, from the initial Discovery call to contract signing and deal closure.
Main responsibilities
- Qualify leads as viable sales opportunities.
- Present our company’s services to prospective clients during Discovery calls.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the sales process from the first contact to contract finalization.
- Tailor services and approach to enhance conversion rates.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to match client requirements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely communication.
- Meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Identify challenges, client interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new services.
- Negotiate contract terms with prospective clients.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a software consulting or SaaS company.
- Knowledge of mobile and web technologies, enabling you to discuss technical solutions with clients (e.g., native/hybrid app development, iOS/Android, React.js).
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven experience working directly with clients to understand their needs.
- A proactive mindset that contributes to team performance.
- Experience using various sales techniques.
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized.
- Willingness to accommodate US clients schedule.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Polish (C1) and English (C1).
