Please be aware that this position requires occasional on-call duty to address critical customer incidents.

Job description

  • Create services for networking the applications of corporate IT: from conception to development and deployment to operation
  • Develop high-quality software in the area of data engineering in Python based on the Microsoft Azure stack (Azure Enterprise Service Bus, Azure Function Apps) related to the services for the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other IT systems of customer
  • Analysis of existing solutions and integration of new data sources as well as continuous optimization of existing implementations
  • Implementation according to certain architectural patterns and within the framework of the guidelines specified in the department
  • Training of internal employees and documentation of the created service and the implemented processes according to the standard specified in the department

Required skills

  • Completed studies in the fields of computer science, mechatronics, business informatics, or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in software development
  • Python knowledge and passion for good, tested code
  • Experience in the cloud environment such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, with micro-services
  • Ability to work in a team
  • High level of initiative as well as good problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience with event-driven architectures is desirable
  • Knowledge in the area of integration and architectural patterns
