Requirements

  • Experienced as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach working with development teams evangelizing Agile approach to product delivery
  • Overall 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and Product Owner
  • Ability to maintain high visibility in work environment
  • Experience in eliciting, splitting, documenting, and refining business requirements
  • Experience in business process modeling and business process implementation
  • Great communication skills in working with clients and teams
  • Solid portfolio of commercial agile projects, web, and mobile, implemented in an international environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Nice to have:
  • Hands-on experience with Gitlab as a PM tool
  • Previous experience with Flutter and AWS/Cloud

For our client – US-based company in field of pre-school education. We are developing a teacher assistant app targeting iOS/iPad and web-broser As we are now in state of development of new version we are looking for professional to help developers in creation of such solution

 

Main responsibilities

-Identify, elicit and document detailed and complex business requirements
-Analyze needs and expectations and translate them into relevant Product Backlog items
-Create and manage backlog items (features and more technical PBIs)
-Map business processes and customer journeys using recognized modeling standards and tools
-Research and analyze opportunities for improvement
-Enhance workflow between the teams in the US and Poland
-Close collaboration with the Product manager + Lead Designer, and the whole development team-Communicate business requirements clearly to business users and IT professionals
