AS A PARTNER AT CODIBLY 

At Codibly, we are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Partner to join our E-mobility Sales team and help expand our presence across the DACH, UK, and Nordic markets. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building lasting client relationships, and have a passion for selling cutting-edge IT services. As a Sales Partner, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and driving business growth while collaborating with a team of industry experts.

We invite you to apply if you have: 

  • At least 6 years of international B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in eMobility, Utility and Energy Sectors ideally. 
  • Strong understanding of the e-mobility sector, with an understanding of market needs, challenges and market players. 
  • Ability to identify business opportunities in eMobility market, identify challenges and provide a value proposition.
  • Established network within the e-mobility industry, with relevant contacts and connections (preferably on LinkedIn). 
  • Proven track record in acquiring new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and exceeding revenue targets and ability to build relationships in complex B2B environments.
  • Experience in roles such as Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Partner in a high-growth or consulting environment will be an asset. 
  • Excellent command of English (C1-C2), with outstanding business communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • You collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and consistently meet or exceed targets. 
  • You share market insights, best practices, and client feedback to support continuous improvement. 
  • You communicate persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. 
  • You take ownership of the sales process, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to track performance and forecast revenue. 
  • You ensure profitable and sustainable deals through strategic risk management and negotiation. 
  • You develop and maintain partnerships that enhance Codibly’s market position. 
  • You provide sales reports and revenue forecasts to senior management, driving data-informed decisions.
