Position Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and accelerate sales growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage diverse client acquisition channels and foster strong collaboration across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness across all companies within the Spyrosoft Group.
- Align marketing initiatives with company goals, ensuring consistency and integration across all channels.
Sales Acceleration:
- Partner with sales leadership to create and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Develop programs and campaigns that drive lead generation and sales conversion.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition Support:
- Design and manage multi-channel client acquisition strategies, including digital, traditional, and emerging channels.
- Optimize the marketing funnel to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Implement data-driven approaches to measure and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Brand Management & Public Relations:
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence and reputation in the market.
- Oversee public relations, media relations, and corporate communications efforts.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
- Previous experience in leading marketing activities and teams in software development companies.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to implement GenAI into marketing activities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Nice to have: Previous experiences managing investor relations.
