Main responsibilities
● Lead technical authority for the 1st and 2nd line teams
● Support other/lower skilled roles with their tasks
● Works with BAS Process Lead to ensure smooth end to end realization of process
● Takes lead for CAB items, presentation and technical
● Contribution to the Knowledge Base
● Knowledge sharing/training
● Change & Release management of the ServiceNow platform including the application of ServiceNow platform patches when they are made available and the deployment of ServiceNow (global releases)
● Request for Change implementation and deployment (other than PACs)
● Technical Assessment of Request For Change raised in BAU (other than PACs)
● Manage and support Interfaces to and Integrations with ServiceNow Jarvis
● Handling (properly described) stories
● Manage Incidents related to availability of ServiceNow including the cross logging and management of issues into ServiceNow’s ITSM tool (known as HI), tickets raised with the vendor
● Manage Incidents related to functionality of the ServiceNow Jarvis customizations and configurations made on top of the ServiceNow platform
● Work with ServiceNow to ensure the ServiceNow Application is available to customers according to the ServiceNow contractual availability Service Level objective
● “On-boarding” activities support
● Portfolio development
● The Business Application Support Senior Application Developer will also take part in Feature Request Process. Service Hub Platform Feature Development triggered by:
▪ Customer (New/Existing)
▪ Migrations (CMO -> FMO)
▪ Service Migrations (Tech Refresh)
