Android Automotive Software Engineer

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of AOSP build system, Android framework, Android booting and system partitioning (MUST)
  • Knowledge of system services, system applications, HAL implementation and extension (MUST)
  • Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies used in Android such as virtIO, kvm, Qemu, crosvm (MUST)
  • Proficiency in Yocto Project, AAOS

  • Experience with Android Studio, Java, Kotlin, Python and native code (C++)

  • Experience in source control tools like Git, repo

  • Experience in the use of JIRA/Confluence/GitLab in product environment

  • English – minimum B1

 

Project description

For our clients from the Automotive industry, we are seeking Android Automotive Software Engineer willing to work in the area of the autonomous premium cars. We are building various teams focused on a driver monitoring system. The aim of the project is to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Yocto image building process and development of AAOS. As AAOS expert you will be building emulator image for multi platforms (X86_64, ARM or cloud based any other).
