arrow_circle_right PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CONDITION MONITORING FOR OEM FLEETS

From predicted failure to completed repair

A dashboard can tell your engineers something’s about to fail, but it won’t order the part or schedule the technician. We build the platform that does both – using the telemetry your equipment already generates, integrated with the systems you already rely on. That’s what turns reactive service into recurring aftermarket margin.

arrow_circle_right COST OF REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

What reactive service actually costs you

The double trip

Your technician drives out to diagnose, drives back for the part, then drives out again. These trips put your client’s SLA and your service margin under pressure. According to Deloitte, predictive maintenance results in 70% fewer breakdowns and 25% lower maintenance costs on average.

Telemetry without a decision

You already collect millions of data points. Run them through simple threshold rules, and you get alert fatigue. Data that never reaches your ERP never changes what a technician actually does on site.

Margin under pressure

An oversupply of rental machines is putting pressure on prices, so sales are no longer where the margin lies. Recurring service revenue (contract renewals, parts, uptime guarantees) is part of the business that is still growing. It only holds if service is predictive.

arrow_circle_right BUILD VS. BUY

Compete without an enterprise R&D budget

You don’t need to build an internal platform team to offer advanced predictive maintenance services. We help you build the platform on your own infrastructure, so your fleet data and customer relationships remain under your control.

arrow_circle_right HOW IT WORKS

A closed service loop, not another dashboard

Ordinary PDM dashboard

  • Detects an anomaly
  • Emails an engineer
  • The loop ends in an inbox

Closed service loop

  • Detects the anomaly
  • Predicts the failure
  • Checks part availability in your ERP
  • Raises the work order and reserves the part
  • Schedules a technician who can fit it before the machine stops

arrow_circle_right OUR PROCESS

Building the platform, step by step

  • Step 1

We start with a fixed-price audit of your telemetry, connected systems, priority failure modes, and current service costs. You receive a target architecture, phased plan, and build estimate. The fee is credited towards the build if you proceed, and the findings are yours either way.

  • Step 2

The data contract, backend, ERP or CMMS integration, predictive models, and technician-facing app. Everything is tested against your fleet’s real operational data before go-live.

  • Step 3

We deploy the platform across your fleet and hand it over to your team. If you prefer (or need additional capacity), we can continue operating and supporting it as an ongoing service.

  • Step 4

As your fleet evolves, the platform can be extended to support new asset classes and failure modes. You continue building on the same platform.

arrow_circle_right COMPLIANCE FOR OEM FLEETS

Standards & regulatory readiness for connected machinery

The regulatory landscape for connected machinery is changing in 2026 and 2027, with stricter requirements for data access, machinery safety, and product cybersecurity

EU Data Act

Applicable since 12 September 2025

Your clients now have a legal right to the data their connected machines generate and can authorise a third party to receive it. A vendor-neutral platform can bring eligible data together in one integrated stream without requiring machine replacement.

EU Machinery Regulation

Applies from 20 January 2027

Because the platform keeps machine learning in an advisory role – predictions inform human decisions, then the part and the technician follow – it doesn’t act as a self-evolving safety component. That means it doesn’t pull your machines into third-party conformity assessment, and it doesn’t put your CE marking at risk.

Functional safety & OT cybersecurity

IEC 62443 & IEC 61508

The software layer operates above your existing infrastructure and is designed not to alter safety-critical control logic. If you later choose to integrate predictions into a safety function, our functional safety expertise can support the required assessment and any applicable notified body process.

Cyber Resilience Act & NIS2

CRA reporting from 11 September 2026, full application from 11 December 2027

Under the CRA, your connected machines and their software count as products with digital elements – they need security by design, vulnerability handling, and CE conformity. Under NIS2, your clients in energy, mining, and critical infrastructure have to vouch for their suppliers’ security. We build to IEC 62443, so the data layer we add helps you meet both.

arrow_circle_right SUCCESS STORY

How our client hit a 96% first-time fix rate

  • Door & entrance systems OEM

The challenge:

A large, distributed installed fleet was serviced mainly through reactive maintenance. Failures were hard to anticipate, technicians hard to coordinate, and spare-part availability hard to guarantee because telemetry was disconnected from the supply chain.

The approach:

We introduced condition monitoring and predictive maintenance across web, mobile, and backend systems. Integration with SAP warehouse, supply-chain, and logistics systems enabled maintenance to be planned around actual spare-part and technician availability.

The results:

96% first-time fix rate

35% of failures predicted before malfunction

Millions of telemetry data points processed daily

arrow_circle_right FAQ

Common questions about predictive maintenance for OEM fleets

Telemetry alone doesn’t improve maintenance outcomes. Collecting data generates alerts, but it doesn’t coordinate parts, technicians, or service workflows. We add the analytics and orchestration layer, connecting your existing telemetry to your logistics and service systems without replacing your current hardware.

Without ERP or CMMS integration, predictions often stop at an alert. Integrating with your service systems allows the platform to check part availability, create work orders, and support higher first-time fix rates. SAP is our proven reference, but we can integrate with other enterprise systems too.

The platform is vendor-neutral and sits alongside your existing infrastructure. It’s designed not to modify safety-critical PLC logic, and deployments are planned to minimise operational disruption. Where functional safety or regulatory implications exist, they are assessed as part of the implementation.

Most predictive maintenance platforms focus on detecting potential failures. We go further by integrating those predictions into your existing service and ERP processes, helping turn insight into action. The platform is built around your fleet and operating model rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all SaaS product.

That’s a valid option. However, it may mean routing your fleet data and parts of your service operation through a company that also competes in your market. Running the platform on your own systems helps you retain control of your customer relationships, operational data, and aftermarket business.
