01

Building internal accelerators for scalable custom software delivery

What happens when you bring product thinking into software services? This talk introduces a hybrid delivery model built on internal accelerators – reusable components designed to speed up development without compromising flexibility. You’ll see how this works through a live case study of Codibly’s OCPP server. We’ll talk architecture, R&D structures, and the engineering patterns that make scale possible.

Michal Juszczak, Head of Engineering at Spyrosoft Codibly

02

Beyond code: how engineers shape AI-driven change

When AI enters the room, engineers don’t just code – they consult, shape processes and influence outcomes. Pawel will share lessons from real-life AI transformation projects in finance, showing how engineers can act as partners, not executors. Expect strategic thinking, strong examples and a glimpse into the key competencies technical leaders will need tomorrow.

Pawel Stezycki, Principal Innovation Consultant at Spyrosoft

03

Engineering and design in action: crafting impactful digital solutions

What happens when design and engineering truly work together? Unravel walks you through two recent projects: a smart EMG tool for rehab professionals, and a scalable motion design system for complex enterprise platforms. This is a talk about elegant tech, thoughtful design, and the teamwork it takes to make digital products that do more than just look good.

Mikolaj Niznik, Product Designer at Unravel

Michal Bak, Head of Operations at Unravel

Jaroslaw Mroczek, CEO at Unravel

One call can’t tell you what thousands will: AI agents in contact centre analysis

Why do some sales calls convert – and others don’t? This talk explains how LLM-based agents can review every call, map key sales signals, and surface performance patterns across your entire contact centre. Learn how we moved QA from manual sampling to fully automated evaluation – and how it changed the way we understand customer conversations.

Mateusz Cwiek, Lead AI Data Scientist at Spyrosoft

05

Engineering the Thermomix TM7 HMI: practical insights into scalable Qt development

What can a kitchen robot teach us about scalable HMI design? Quite a bit, it turns out. This talk uses the Thermomix TM7 HMI project to explore how modular architecture, async IPC, and atomic design choices shaped a complex embedded UI. Whether you work in automotive, industrial or consumer electronics, you’ll leave with patterns you can apply to your own HMI work.

Przemyslaw Nogaj, Head of HMI Technology at Spyrosoft

OUR STORY

How did Spyrosoft Learn & Chill begin

It all started with the idea of showing others how we spend time here at Spyrosoft and what amazing things we do for our clients. So, we just opened our offices, picked interesting topics and invited the local IT community to meet with us and just have a nice chat. That idea clicked very quickly, and today, our Learn & Chill events are part of the work in all our locations worldwide. The recipe is simple and has not changed since the very beginning – during these events, we combine knowledge sharing and having a good time. Does it sound like something you’d be up for?

TESTIMONIALS

What people say about us?

Hi, so I found out about the event and that it was about microservices. I really enjoyed the presentation and there was some really useful information. And I am looking forward for more events like this.

Nedim

.net software engineer

For me as the moderator, it was very interesting to discuss with architects and tech leads with different experiences. So I learned a lot, as well. And I was very happy with the audience, who was active.
