Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Senior Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. We are looking for a self-reliant professional who excels in client interaction, is passionate about Salesforce development, and has a strong background in one or more Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, or B2B eCommerce).Your Salesforce expertise in configuration, Flows and Apex/LWC will be critical in driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define objectives, and propose innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Lightning Flows, Apex and LWC.
  • Develop and optimize Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring responsive design and seamless user experiences (RWD).
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and tools as needed.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, adhering to security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform features and technologies to incorporate them into solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with advanced knowledge of Apex, Batch API, Bulk API, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong experience in Experience Cloud and Responsive Web Design (RWD).
  • Expertise in one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, or B2B eCommerce.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools is an advantage.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce development.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce Einstein or other AI-driven features.
