So here’s the thing…
Hi, I’m Przemyslaw Ziemczyk, CTO of Spyrosoft Connect. This year, I’m going to Dreamforce without my friend and CEO of Spyrosoft Connect, Michal Gronowski. While I’ll be enjoying the biggest Salesforce event of the season, Michal will stay in the office to work hard like a bee on our projects.
He gave me a task, though, so I won’t have a chance to get bored. I must come back with new ideas for custom Salesforce components and functionalities, which we could develop in the future. I thought I’d ask you for suggestions in the comments under my LinkedIn post: what features/modules do you miss in your CRM? What functionalities would make your daily work easier?

About IT Girls Foundation
The IT Girls Foundation supports kids and teenagers in realising their dreams of working in professions related to new technologies. All of its activities are focused around development paths and data-based education. They take place with the support of allies: parents, partners, other non-governmental organisations.
One of the Foundation’s goals is to contribute to increasing the participation of women in the IT industry through education, programs and workshops for kids, teenagers and students.

Me: Przemyslaw Ziemczyk, CTO
For a couple of years, I’ve been working as a Salesforce Architect, primarily for international clients, with a strong focus on Salesforce Clouds (eCommerce, Service, Experience, and Sales). I’m responsible for defining the development and release process, translating functional requirements to Salesforce solutions, designing integrations and making sure the project is following best practices for Salesforce.
My dear friend: Marcin Frasiak, Salesforce Architect
Marcin is a Salesforce Architect focused on Sales and Commerce, skilled in analysing business processes and finding improvements. Besides Salesforce Marcin has extensive experience in the integration landscape, data migration, and custom development. During his career, he has been responsible for the technical aspects of one of the largest Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud projects.
