Managing all company expenses in one place
Our client is an HR management start-up that wants to revolutionise the way company expenses and business trips are managed. They wanted to build a platform for their users from Europe, with Spyrosoft as their technological partner.
The goals were to ensure that the tool encompassed all types of company expense and would meet the needs of enterprise partners. The implemented solution would help our client’s product reach new users, including those from the previously uncharted segments of the market.
Platform + integrations
As a response to these needs, we developed an online platform for managing all company expenses for enterprise users. The users can organise a business trip in one place. Thanks to its ever-growing number of applications, using the platform, you can book a hotel room, buy a flight or train ticket and order a taxi. In the new version of the app, all bills and invoices can be automatically sent to the company’s financial department or to the person managing the expenses.

In the project developed for this customer, the team at Spyrosoft is responsible – first and foremost – for data management and the communication between the base product and all third-party apps. Our main task is to keep all applications working smoothly and undetectably for the end user. Spyrosoft’s team also includes senior .NET engineers who serve as consultants to the client’s team for integrations and the practical use of the technology.
