Job description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our reengineering project for one of the most well-known ERP systems in Poland. This project involves agile teams of front-end developers, QAs, and a project manager, working to create a newly redesigned frontend layer using React.js that adheres to the highest UX/UI standards.

As the Technical Writer, you will play a key role in documenting the features and functionalities of the system, ensuring that clear, concise, and accurate documentation is available in Polish for both developed and migrated components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the newly developed or migrated features of the ERP system.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather technical information.
  • Ensure that documentation is consistent with industry standards and provides a clear understanding of system functionalities.
  • Translate complex technical information into easily understandable and user-friendly content in Polish.
  • Work with MadCap Flare to structure and publish the documentation.

Must-Have Skills

  • Polish language proficiency at min. C1 level – ability to write and communicate effectively.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new systems and workflows.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to describe system functionalities concisely and clearly.
  • Experience with MadCap Flare documentation tool.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior experience with ERP systems is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
