- Location – Bournemouth, Dorset / Hybrid (2-days per week on site)
- Salary – £33,000 – £35,000 DOE
Role Overview
Join our thriving UK team and take on a pivotal role as a Team Extension Specialist. You will work closely with management to lead and grow our external vendor program. With complete ownership of the day-to-day management and operations on behalf of Spyrosoft, the successful candidate will also focus on developing the initiative, driving efficiency, and enhancing collaboration. This role may require occasional travel to partner sites to build relationships, and ensure alignment with business goals.
As a key member of our UK team, you’ll be at the heart of connecting our Partner network with Spyrosoft’s resourcing needs. Your mission? To identify the right talent for both internal and external ongoing projects, while building a deep understanding of our Partners’ capabilities and requirements.
You’ll own the process from start to finish—managing everything from the initial resource request to ensuring a smooth start for successful candidates on both internal and external projects. Beyond onboarding, you’ll continue to support and oversee placements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Your role also involves collaborating with our overseas colleagues to tap into Spyrosoft’s internal talent pool, helping secure opportunities for our in-house experts across the group. Therefore, the role may require some occasional travel overseas to other Spyrosoft sites.
Additionally, you’ll provide support to our Staff Augmentation Partners who work directly with clients. This means you’ll develop expertise in both resource management and client-facing augmentation support—broadening your skillset and adding variety to your day-to-day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to advance their career within a project-centric environment while contributing to the growth of our UK team. If you thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
