Role Overview
Join our thriving UK team and take on a pivotal role in supporting our UK-based clients with their resource needs. If you excel at building relationships, solving problems, and coordinating like a pro, this is your chance to shine in a fast-growing, project-driven environment!
This dynamic role blends client relationship management, recruitment, and project coordination, offering a unique opportunity to thrive in the IT services sector. As our Staff Augmentation Partner, you’ll work closely with UK-based clients to connect them with top-notch IT talent—ranging from backend (Java) to frontend (JavaScript), Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and QA pros.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact between candidates and clients, facilitating effective communication and matching the right talent to the right roles. From the clients initial request to the candidate’s first day on the project, you’ll orchestrate the entire process, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
The role also involves collaborating with our external vendor management team, and also our internal overseas colleagues to tap into Spyrosoft’s wider talent pool, helping secure opportunities for our in-house experts across the group. Therefore, the role may require some occasional travel overseas to other Spyrosoft sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals keen on advancing their career within a project-centric environment. If you’re ready to play a vital role in our expanding UK operations, we want to hear from you.
