Job description

  • Acting as a CEO for our brand new location - Gdańsk
  • Building and then leading a site up to 500 specialists
  • Building and ten managing the local Line Management team (up to 10 Line Managers)
  • Cooperating closely with Back Office departments (especially with Employer Branding, PeopleOps and Recruitment teams)
  • Driving local internal and external events, meetups, integration parties, etc.
  • Allocating specialists to projects according to the company’s current needs and specialists’ path of professional development
  • Representing a given location in front of our clients
  • Pursuing and encouraging others for key attitudes in everyday behavior

Our requirements

  • +5 years of experience in IT in managerial capacity
  • +10 years of total experience in IT
  • Software engineering or technical background
  • Leadership skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to break down goals coming from top management onto the local Line Management team
  • Ability to lead a team of 30 specialists on top of the Site Management duties
  • Ability to independently organize his/her own work backlog
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1)
