Salesforce Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and align them effectively with Salesforce capabilities to deliver optimal solutions.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within scope.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations and best practices to continuously enhance solutions and service offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Consultant/Product Owner/Business Analyst or in a similar role with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications demonstrating expertise across various aspects of the platform.
- Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
