This is a great opportunity to join Spyrosoft, one of the fastest growing technology firms in Europe.

In continuing our ambitious and rapid growth, we are now seeking an additional part-time Recruitment Assistant who has experience in all aspects of recruitment and on-boarding for our rapidly growing team in the UK.

Working as part of a small team, the Recruitment Assistant will have responsibility for identifying potential candidates for roles including digital product design, business analysis, project management, software engineering and IT support services.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Administer the recruitment process from advertising to appointment.
  • Implement and monitor our recruitment planning, process’, templates and best practise guidance.
  • Be responsible for supporting Managers in the delivery of a wide variety of recruitment tasks including adverts, job descriptions, person specifications and interview assessment forms and providing advice and guidance on shortlisting and progressing vacancies.
  • Provide guidance on creative advertising and robust selection processes.
  • The first point of call for recruitment queries and issues for candidates, managers and other key stakeholders
  • Build up an in-depth knowledge of a variety of different areas of the business in order to understand the exact requirements of each role that you are resourcing for.
  • Co-ordinate all elements of new employees onboarding including new joiner processes

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in recruitment either in an internal recruitment team or agency.
  • Able to communicate effectively using both verbal and written communication skills and able to demonstrate a positive attitude to internal/external customer care.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work practically and logically using your own initiative.
  • Flexible/team worker, collaborative in style and values; someone who is keen to share ideas and knowledge.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Willingness to learn and a "can-do" attitude; this is a fast growing business, so it is important that you are hands-on, take ownership and enjoy making a difference.

Part-time hours: 20 per week - to be worked flexibly
