Job description

As a Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of CRM and e-commerce solutions for our internal customers (Business Units). You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Digital, IT, Sales, Marketing, and the Business Units to ensure that implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You have large-scale technology deployment experience, meaning you have directly managed the implementation of more than one tool concurrently across multiple BUs and regions. This is a role with global responsibilities and can be located in the Eastern US or Poland.


  • Daily management of multiple implementations across complex Business Units and regions
  • Collaborating with Product Management to identify, track, and communicate program roadmaps and key milestones.
  • Planning and executing the overall program and monitoring progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs.
  • Identifying, implementing, and monitoring metrics and KPIs related to squad performance at the enterprise level Lead and drive overall program level reporting, communication, issue management, and cross-work stream risk identification and resolution.
  • Budget management – responsible for ensuring the completion of financial reporting related to program expenses.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration and resolve cross-team impediments and other planning, collaboration, and coordination issues.
  • Anticipate, implement, and manage plans to address implementation obstacles and potential areas of risk.
  • Understand and be able to visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.
  • Ensuring that deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in related field required and 10 years of project management/project coordination experience

Able to lead and motivate others and thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build consensus with all business partners.
Comfortable with presenting to and facilitating discussion with senior business leaders. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong leadership skills and able to work within a global matrixed organization.
Able to lead multiple projects and business initiatives and adapt to rapidly changing priorities in the work environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Proficiency with PMO tools such as ADO,, etc.

Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face-to-face time with colleagues and managers
