- Monitoring and responding to new project inquiries,
- Maintaining and adjusting the program management structure in line with the current business needs,
- Project management, monitoring work in projects,
- Statuses with PMs,
- Mentoring PMs and sharing good practices,
- Reporting to the Client and internally to organization,
- Helping in solving problems,
- Analysis and evaluation of materials from the client and project teams,
- Assessment of the business situation of individual projects,
- Business analysis, building the project scope,
- Risk analysis and assessment for projects and programs, implementation of preventive, mitigating and other measures,
- Building and managing a relationship with the client, developing a business with the client,
- Supporting the line organization in maintaining satisfaction among employees.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of PMP or other project management methods,
- PSM and other similar certifications,
- Technical knowledge in the field of software development,
- Experience in working at Software House,
- Business development and selling skills
Project description
Spyrosoft SA is looking for an experienced Program Manager, who will be responsible for a group of projects in a specific area (IoT, finance). Other responsibilities are: operations oversight of a group of Project Managers, close cooperation with a client to achieve business and technical goals, account management and relationship building with the teams in Spyrosoft and client-side.
