Currently, we are looking for an experienced OTT Consultant to join our team focused on transforming the media sector. As an OTT Consultant, you will play a key role in executing the entire process of implementing OTT solutions. This includes gathering and analyzing client requirements, overseeing application implementation for customers, and ensuring smooth transitions into the maintenance and support phases. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical, operational, and business objectives of our clients are met, while maintaining the high standards expected by Spyrosoft.

Main responsibilities

  • Consulting & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their OTT business needs and translate these into technical requirements. Provide expert guidance on best practices in OTT solution design, integration, and implementation.

  • Solution Implementation : Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of OTT platforms, from initial design to final deployment.

  • Quality Assurance & Project Management: Ensure the highest standards of quality control, testing, and compliance throughout the development and implementation phases. Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

  • Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed OTT solutions, including troubleshooting, optimization, and updates as required. Develop and document processes for the continued success of the client’s OTT platform post-implementation.

  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice, progress updates, and training when needed. Ensure regular communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction with the delivered solutions. Perform demo meetings and presentations in front of clients. Support the sales process.

  • Flexibility for Global Clients: Adapt to various client schedules, particularly accommodating time zones for US-based clients. Participate in meetings, reviews, and client calls as required.

Requirements

  • OTT Domain Expertise: Proven experience in the OTT ecosystem, with a strong understanding of streaming technologies, platforms, and connected TV applications. Hands-on experience with OTT platforms, app frameworks, and integrations is essential.

  • Technical Orientation: Solid technical background with an understanding of software development processes, application architecture, and integration strategies. Familiarity with key OTT technologies such as HLS, DASH, content delivery networks (CDNs), video encoding, and cloud-based services.

  • Business Acumen: Strong business mindset, with the ability to understand and align technical solutions with client business objectives. Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to global client schedules, including accommodating time zones for US clients. Proactive approach to adapting to changing project requirements and timelines.

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify challenges, recommend solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
