Line Managers are key figures in this process and critical contributors to the success of our organization. They perform a highly important role – that of partners of our specialists, helping them perform their best, and supporting their professional development. At the same time make sure that our projects meet people’s expectations and help us run R&D initiatives.

Job description:

  • Performing the role of a Line Manager for 30+ specialists, having support from Project Managers
  • Taking responsibility for specialists’ salaries, professional development, and motivation
  • Working with Recruitment to continue our growth, supporting the needs of our projects, and choosing the right people for our unique culture
  • Supporting R&D activities and the local community
  • Closely cooperating with People Partner on the culture team (e.g. coordinating local initiatives like charity events. Organizational retrospectives, workshops, etc.)
  • Working with Employer Branding teams to preserve our culture but also strengthen it and help bring it to the market (e.g. supporting local meet up’s)
  • Allocating specialists to projects according to the company’s current needs and specialists’ path of professional development

Requirements: 

  • Focus on people and their needs
  • Good understanding of software development process and software business
  • Very good knowledge of software development methodologies and the development process
  • Independence, resourcefulness, and reliability
  • Ability and eagerness to represent the company at various events
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (is a must)

Additionally for Senior candidates:

  • Previous experience in a similar role. Ideally a proven ability to manage teams of 30+ IT specialists as a Line Manager
